The hubs is passed out. He has to work tomorrow. One margarita at dinner turned into 2 more vodka drinks at home. I'm watching reruns of The Jersey Shore and feeling a little FML. This is b/c I saw Jersey Shore last night + boredom.

Sucrets, I have a friend who just had a baby, and she's not breastfeeding* We had margarita's last weekend and she could only drink 2.

*I felt the need to mention 'not breastfeeding' bc it sounds bad 'drinking and just had a baby'

Confession: my BFF is pregs and DH and I aren't into kids at all, in fact not having them. I'm sad about losing my drinking buddy. I've also lost a few other good friends as drinking buddies over the past year due to the baby rabies.

I'm sure I'll be a total lightweight.  My tolerance has gone steadily downhill since meeting DH.  I put my partying days behind me, I suppose, plus it's cheaper.  God, I'm old.

That sucks.  I have a couple friends who are popping them out, its weird.  Mostly bc we are at an acceptable age to have babies now.  Its not like we're too young and its like "Sally is pregnant! omg!"

Jessjo- I lurk over there and post occasionally. I really don't find I have much to say nowadays. I've been laid off for 4 months and my life consists of what I'm watching on tv that day, pretty boring.

Yeah- we're just not into the kids thing. It is age appropriate at this point, and thus weirding me out, b/c we're not into it at all. I mean, I can get drunk all by myself, but it's not as fun.  Can't wait 'til DH graduates in 2 years and we can relocate out west just the 2 of us. ::cues music::

Getting into my third tanq and tonic so it will be a slow night for me. 

My cats are high on catnip though and my big guy is an angry drunk.  He would pick a bar room fight with anyone he came across.

I have a headache from drinking a cocktail and beer over lunch. It's ridiculous that I effectively get 'hang overs' before the next meal (let alone, next day!).
