The priest that will marry us is our family priest and knows our family very well.  He knows me since I was a little girl.

    If you are planning to invite him to the wedding, then yes, send the STD. Also, I don't know if you caught this the other day, but I'm pretty sure I know where you live from google. Consider changing your SN. Last names=invitation for stalkers.

    Since the priest is performing your ceremony and presumably you'll be meeting with him several times before hand to work out the details, do counseling, etc. he probably already has your wedding date marked off and reserved.  I don't think you need to send him a STD, but you might want to mention to him that he is invited to the reception.
