Professional Prints?

So its been almost 2 months since the big wedding day and I'm finally ready to start working with the beautiful pictures we got.  We got digital files that we have the rights to print from whatever source.  Do you think its worth spending $$ to get them "professionally printed" or do you think Target is fine?

Re: Professional Prints?

  • Not quite the same thing, but I printed our engagement pictures at Walmart, and all but one of the 8X10's came out fine.

That is what I plan on doing with mine once we decide which ones we want and what size. I use walmart.com for all of my personal digital photos and have been really happy with them. I have also used snapfish.com and shutterfly.com although they are a bit more expensive. I know the Kodak picture gallery has gotten some good reviews on my month board.

I don't know if you are doing albums as well, but these sites: blurb.com and Mpix.com have gotten some good reviews on my month board as well. I have never used them nor do I know if they just do pics or only albums. But maybe something worth checking out.
  • Do you have a Costco membership? I get all my stuff done there (or sometimes Target). I've had a few big prints done at Costco and they came out great. You can upload remotely and pick them up, which is awesome.
