You know what I realized really sucks about the whole thing. I drove all the way in to VA Beach (1.5 drive), worked two hours, then he came in and let me go. Like you couldn't have called me and saved me the gas? I'm probbaly more pissed about that than everything else.
Posted by mkrupar
Yeah that would piss me off too.
• Hey everyone, I'm just watching the Big Bang Theory. I made some amuse bouche thing tonight and it came out...kind of terrible? Nothing like the picture and tasted like beer. I hate beer. FI really liked it though, haha  I'm a little disappointed in myself because usually I'm pretty good at trying a new recipe.
• That is really irritating, MK.  I'd be pissed about that too.
• Megbo I'm ok with new recipes. Sometimes though I don't have the exact right ingredients so I substitute and it probably doesn't turn out like it should.

• Mk that is BS, and a douchey move on his part.

• Why is there nothing on TV tonight?
• Hi. MK, *hugs*. I'm sorry.

My dad dropped in to say hi and I always love his surprise visits. After fifteen or so minutes he noticed I had completely changed my hair. What a guy.
• Strlz - Every time I see your sig it makes me think I should go to Epcot.

• I haven't watched a single episode of SVU this season.  Why?  I have no idea.
• So my froyo was delicious, but now I'm freezing.

As far as tv? Well I don't even have cable so I wouldn't know what was on even if there was anything good.

I was there mid-January last year and it makes me want to go back too, but I need a full-time job before I can make that happen.
• Oh geesh, MK.  That really sucks!  I'm sorry sweetie.

I'm here.  I got some good sleep last night and felt human again when I woke up today.  Worked out when I got home from work.  I brought the Christmas boxes back downstairs to put the decorations in, but I didn't actually put any of them away.  I need to do that this weekend.  H should be home sometime next week or next weekend he's meeting me in WI and then will be home for a week or so after that so I'm excited and motivated.
In Response to Re: Night Thread : I still like it without Stabler but it's definitely not the same.  There are a few interesting episodes but overall you're not missing much.

Well that's good to know!  Maybe I'll try to watch some episodes over the weekend.

<div>Well, I didn't use organic amber ale, just regular amber ale (it was a british recipe) and it said "two large glasses" and "2 knobs of butter" cook at 6/7 temperature, etc.  So after some googling I thought I figured it out.  Oh well.  Also? Whipping egg whites by hand sucks ;) </div><div>
</div><div>I was reading something (I think on TK?) about how people would much prefer a phone call <em>before</em> work, which makes sense.  </div>
• I always feel like Thursday night TV is the worst. Never anything good on but always a good time to catch up on shows I have on my DVR.

• Erin - pics of the new hair?
• Thursday nights haven't been good for TV shows since ER went off the air.
• I need to get on it Loopy! I think I need to take the pic on my phone though since I don't have a camera, then email it to myself.

I watched all my DVR'ed shows last night so we're watching more football. Don't get me wrong, I love football, but it's been nonstop for the last few weeks.
• I've got "The Tudors" streaming through Netflix.  Working on season 2.
• I watched an episode of that over Christmas with my sister.
• I love the Tudors!! I stream it through netflix too :)

• What's The Tudors about?  I am about to need a new show.

I am still using Netflix the old fashioned way. It helps me get mail that isn't junk or bills.

• The Tudors is awesome! It's about King Henry VIII and his reign.
Uploaded from the Photobucket Android App
• I have streaming only.

I'm an instant gratification kinda girl.

• There's my shameless mirror pic Loopy! New hair! I haven't had bangs like this in forever.
• I use it the old fashioned way too Petal.

It's about Henry VIII.
• Cute bangs, Erin!
In Response to Re: Night Thread : <strong>That's what she said.</strong> I can't do Netflix cause most of their stuff isn't subtitled.  I suck it up and pay for cable.
