Wednesday: OOTD

I may look horrible today, but dammit, I want OOTD to stick around (BTW, wasn't it TikiKiki who decided we should do this initially? WHY DON'T YOU POST TIKI!? I LUZ YOU!) So here you go:

Wedding shoes:

I'm pretty unhappy with what I'm wearing today. Oh wells.

ETA: Do we like it better open instead of tied?

Re: Wednesday: OOTD

  • I think you look cute.  And I love that you wear your wedding shoes.

  • I love the color of that top, LDY.

I am jealous of you ladies that you get to wear cute clothes to work. Maybe that is why I enjoy getting dressed up for church so much.
  • LDY, I'm going to eat lunch, but I promise I'll play later! As far as your outfit goes, I really like the color of your shirt, but in the photo it looks kind of baggy which isn't as flattering. I definitely wouldn't say horrible, just not your absolute best look.
  • It's really not baggy lol, It's got a cowl neck and then it's a sweater where the hem has rolled up a bit - klassy! I honestly couldn't find a damn thing to wear with pants today and my legs aren't as shaved as I'd like them to be if I'm wearing a skirt lol. I love when you're honest, Emily - you say it so nicely lol.

I'm glad you're playing after lunch!
  • Gosh my phone was going crazy.

Plain Jane today. Top from Target. It is sheer with blue and green and black pattern on it but I could not get a good picture of the pattern.

HAHA. Just notice the toilet paper in the background. That has probably been in all of my pics so far! Oops.

I might play later. I had a bad can't-find-find-anything-to-wear morning too. So I'm wearing a dress I've had since the year 2000.
  • I wish I could still wear clothes from 2000. #myassgotfat

So I added another picture...should I keep it tied and pseudo wrapped, or open it and tie it to the back?
  • Dude I'd be lucky to fit a leg into the pants that I wore in 2000! Not really, but they definitely wouldn't even fit over my ass.

  • I have a few things that fit from high school, but only if they are REALLLLLLY stretchy and originally big for me haha :)

It's a wrap dress, that's the only reason it still fits. Plus I'm pretty sure it was too big on me back in the day.

Trust me, I couldn't fit my big toe into pants the pants I wore back then.
  • I really like it open... but fashion is one thing I don't know jack about.

  • I still have a pair of pants from gr. 6.  I have grown nowhere at all.  My boobs are still the same size as they were in gr 6 too.  Awesome.  Not.  I have a boy body :(  So jealous of curves.

I think it's more flattering open, but it's hard to tell what it does the the side/back of you.

  • Okay, I wore this shirt for LD.  It's not my finest effort, but I wanted to show you a shirt with a big collar and a dangle necklace.

Ivory cotton blouse with tie/ruffle neck, purple cardi and brown pencil skirt with these brown pumps:

and I am wearing thigh highs... my legs aren't quite that pale normally.

  • LDY, at least in the pictures, it's more flattering open. Something about the way it hangs in the picture where it's closed makes it kind of drag your whole upper half down.

I realized the other day that my soccer shorts are 11 years old. I think Adidas should get some kind of award for that - they're still in great condition.

I have a few pairs of umbro's that are beyond that.  They still feel like quality.

Maybe I should have put this in the weird confession thread yesterday, but I regularly wear a sports bra that was purchased in 2000. My boobs are significanly larger now, and I have no idea how it fits, but it does.
  • I'm fug again today. I don't try on my days off, but at least I showered already, lol.

Ya'll are cute though! LDY, I like the shirt better open.

Habs, love the cardi. My boobs would huge with that ruffle shirt, but it looks great on you!

  • Here you go:

Yes, I am wearing a tutu skirt. Best $17 I ever spent at F21.
  • OMG.  I LOVE the tutu skirt.  So much.

Same here. that is so effing cute.
  • You guys look so cute! I'm posting from my phone, and don't have pictures of what I'm wearing-it's not great anyway, since I've been playing with kiddos all day. My shirt is kind of funny though. I got it for donating blood on campus earlier this year. It says "tell yo kids, tell yo wife, tell yo husband...we havin a blood drive. Run and tell that, donor!"

    Jill, are you feeling better?
