Hi ladies, What are some things that you wrote in your thank you cards for your guests staying at the hotel. Please help. thanks... we are getting married on New years eve and maybe there is a way I can incorporate the NYE theme into the cards. thanks, carla

Huh?  Why would you thank them for paying to stay at a hotel?  Are you getting some sort of commission?We included welcome letters - is that what you meant?

n/m  I got it now.I would just write a short personal note about how grateful you are for them coming to celebrate, how much you look forward to seeing them at the ceremony and reception

We did a welcome letter.  It gave the info about what time everything is, invited them to the day after BBQ, gave some details about the area (can't buy beer on Sunday, church is at X, phone number for my mom...) and then included maps and directions to everything.
