NYC Churches

We are having our wedding in the city next summer, and want to get married in a church.  Neither one of us are members of any churches in the area...he's Catholic and I'm not so we can rule out Catholic churches.  Does anyone have any suggestions of a church in Manhattan that accepts non-members, and also happens to be beautiful and not too expensive?

We were married at St. Joseph's Parrish in the village.  It is associated with NYU, so although it is a Catholic church it is pretty liberal.  I am catholic and my husband is not.  It is a beautiful old, simple church.  We loved it and the pastor is really nice and made my husband very comfortable.  You might also consider checking out the Little Church Around the Corner, not a catholic church but really cute.
