Well if she can not bring a baby at 1 month most likely she can not attend either. A breast feeding baby is a reasonable exception to the no kids rule

If you tell your friend that her newborn isn't welcome, be prepared for her to back out of the WP.  Ask a woman to choose between being in a wedding and caring for her newborn and the newborn will win every time.
