venues donating to charities

Hi everyone,
I just got engaged, and this is my first post.  We are interested in holding our wedding/reception at a venue that would donate some or all of the proceeds to non-profits.  So far, we are looking into the St. George Ballroom and Housing Works Bookstore.  Can anyone suggest anything else in the general NYC area that we should check out?  (We are also open to going outside the city, as long as it's within a couple hours' drive.)

    Prince George is gorgeous! Their tea room is lovely as well! I can't wait to see the newly renovated top of the times!

    That's so great! Check out Roulette in Brooklyn. By day, its a non-profit space that specializes in contemporary music. On its days off, its a rental venue with reasonable fees.
