FI's in the kitchen, whipping up some sloppy joes with smoked gouda.  We'll probably try to finish up some of the ice cream after dinner, we need to clear out some room in the freezer.How about you?  What's for dinner?

J made stuffed green peppers and a pasta salad. Polished off with a piece of cheesecake.

I have no idea.  Nothing sounds good to me right now.  DH has the car so I can't even go out. Nothing I suppose. I did eat a late lunch so I'm not really hungry right now.

FI forgot to get one of the crucial ingredients for our planned dinner (creamy shrimp with bacon and corn over rice) so we just ordered pizza.

I'm thinking black beans and saffron rice, and whatever vegetable is in the freezer (probably green beans).  I just started using the Lose It! iPod application to track calories and other nutritional information (fat, sodium, fiber, protein), and it is FASCINATING.  I may never eat french fries again.

i made homemade flat bread and a curry chicken salad.  I got the recipe from the cooking school I went to for the bachelorette party! YUMMY! It's like crack!

I just did some expirimental thing...macaroni noodles, tomato sauce and cheese..its in the oven baking now. We will see.Caco- plantains?! Oh great, now I'm craving a plantain burrito...and the only way to get one is go to San Francisco

I made lasagna roll-ups and salad.  Cake balls for dessert!

I'm really craving red velvet cake right now Yup, I have way too many.  I'm sending a big box of them to work with FI tomorrow.Lasagna roll-ups are awesome.  You just cook the lasagna noodles and drain them, then spread them out one at a time and layer some ricotta and either ground beef/turkey or pepperoni.  Then you just roll it up like a pinwheel, put it in a baking dish, cover it with sauce and bake for about 20 minutes at 350.  I make 4 or so for FI and I.  It's like lasagna without having weeks and weeks of leftovers.

Sounds good! I'll have to try it.My experiment pasta just came out of the oven...it's pretty good, could use more sauce though.
