how far in advance did you guys meet with your DJ/band/ceremony musicians to finalize details (do not play lists, music choices, how to pronounce everyone's names during announcements, etc.)  when we booked our DJ, he told us we should meet a month in advance.  then we contacted him last week and said we should meet 2 weeks before.  i responded, okay, what date in 2 weeks works for you?  no response since.  have also called (including today) with no response.  i can't tell if i'm in bridezilla mode (probably) and just being anxious, or if this is something i should not worry about, and just assume he'll get back to me some time before the wedding to set this up?  i hate feeling so anxious about this stuff.  i'm trying to relax, i promise!

We didn't go over that with the bandleader in person--used a combination of phone calls and emails to finalize the schedule, give a short do-not-play list, decide on things like first dance and cake cutting song, etc. I think we did all that in the week or two before the wedding. Two weeks in advance should be plenty of time so I wouldn't be worried about that, but I would be concerned about the lack of response.
