Photographer - out of state bride

I'm getting married in a very simple service in Central Park on May 19.  I found a photographer on craigslist (www.big-orange.us).  He's reasonable priced and the website looks good.  Has anyone heard of this photographer?

I would have suggested my photographer, WendyG Photography, but I am getting married May 19 as well in Central Park!  Did you pick a location and get a pemit?  Ours is at the Ladies Pavillion.
