Everyone in the NCDMV. I took two hours off that I really couldn't afford to work-wise today, walked in at 4:01 by my phone and their clock, and they said my daughter couldn't get her license because they stop road tests at 4:00 and close at 4:30. I want thatfucking job. Cvnts.
