I haz it.I need to make an invitation to invite our customers to join us in Orlando...I'm designing a post card that mimics the "wish you were here" and instead I'm saying "joing us here..."On the back I want to say "please join us from January 10th to January 16th in Orlando, Florida for the premier of the Ag Connect show. [explain Ag Connect here]." Where I'm stuck is on the paying thing - we are asking that they pay $200 each $400/couple. And will be provided with show tickets, flights, accommodations and entertainment. How would you word it?

I'd just write at the bottom:Cost:  $200/person or $400/coupleShow tickets, flights, accommodation, etc etc, included in cost.

When we have a registration fee for our conferences, we typically break it out something like this - Registration Fee - $200 per personRegistration for the Show/Conference Includes:- Airfare- Hotel Accomodations- Entertainment on X night- Tickets to XX show on XX nightetcetera.Not sure if that's what your looking for or not.

It's boring and unimaginative, but it gets the point across.  A fishy poem would be a great addition to ANY invitation though.  Or really, anything.

Something like ..."an all-inclusive event blah blah blah (list stuff covered here) available for the subsidized rate of $200 per person" at the bottom of the invitation?

I thought so Sooles, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. They're being invited as Customer and Mrs. Customer, I don't want any confusion - besides, what if only one could make it? Then they might wonder then too...
