I want to include the children who are passing out programs in the program. How should I word it?

I would just put programs!  Cuz that is what they are doing.

A gift attendant is basically a made up job when one nephew is a ring bearer and you don't want to leave the other one out. If people brought presents to the wedding, he put them on or directed them to the table.

Personally, I love the PP's idea of "This program was handed to you by..." I would put that in smaller font at the bottom of the program. If you're going with more formal wording for the rest of the program though, "Program attendant" sounds nice.

At my church, those who pass out the programs are ushers but since that has a different meaning at a wedding, greeters would be good.

I have a young cousin who I am including and we are calling him "the program guy or program dude" (whichever the church will let us use). Since he is only about 9 years old we wanted to keep it a little casual in case he is too shy that day and flakes out on us.
