If you registered for your honeymoon trip and it was full what would you want additional guests to get for you? I always feel weird about just giving cash, since is seems so impersonal. The bride and groom aren't really the sentimental type, so a framed wedding invitations, and the such gifts are sort of out. Would a honeymoon kit be too cheesy?

I don't think it would be weird giving cash if others are paying for their sexfest vacation.

If a honeymoon kit involves sex toys you should definitely go that route. Otherwise, cash.

If they're into other stuff, I'd consider something like a wine of the month or maybe a big 'ol swing for the bedroom.

Okay, so there is no way I am getting them a sex toys honeymoon kit! That is trashy, and not even cheesy. A girl at my work told me the idea of a kit with essentials for the honeymoon depending on where they are going... beach tote, sunscreen, flip flops, book for airport/beach reading, honeymoon photo album, stuff like that. It sounded cute, but I wasn't sure that was wedding gift appropriate. Thanks for the responses.

If you are going to give them a kit you might want to see when they are opening their gifts.  We opened ours before our honeymoon but my sister opened theirs after they got back.
