Wedding Logos (hopefully this won't turn out too huge)Understand that want to incorporate our interests into the wedding - my love of books and his love of music.  The logos would probably be used as stickers to seal favor bags and as a graphic on some paper items like programs, favor tags, etc. These are the second draft sent by the graphic designer.  I am interested in your critique before offering my opinions.  Thank you.

I like the lower one. The composition on the top one confuses me.

I think those are really adorable. Maybe a little too casual for programs, but great for favors

I like them. Are blue and gold your wedding colors? I think they portray both of your interests well. I especially like the Capri & Alexander logo.

I dont know if theres anything that can be done about it, but I dont like that the books are more vibrant than the headphones. I like the 2nd one the best but I personally would do it without the graphic because I think its beautiful on its own.

I really like the idea of having a picture to represent your interests on your logo.  It seems the headphones are a little more muted than the books.  I wonder if that can be brought out to the same intensity as the books and ampersand (in the second one).

Are you using Alexander on everything else? It's really bothering me that the design on the line isn't lined up with the top line of text. I don't see a way to fix that other than shortening it to Alex though. I don't like the first one at all, it reminds me of something we might have at our library. The second one is better though.

I think the ampersand isn't pretty in the second one.  I think the yellow needs to be the same.  the books, ampersand, date, and headphones don't match in the second one.  I like the top C and A better than the bottom C and A.I hope that helps.

They both kind of remind me of library logos of some sort. I like the font in the first. I think the C&A side by side with the & in gold and behind the letters, with the date the height of them would be nice, and perhaps there's a way to tie in your interests elsewhere? Or scale down the books and headphones and put them inside the letters somehow?

I think it is a different and unique design idea! I'm leaning towards the bottom one, but something about the top one appeals to me as well (maybe because I'm no designer). I do think the headphones should be the same intensity as the books and ampersand - I'm guessing it's because the headphone design is more detailed, with finer lines?

I like the bottom one better.  The first one for some reason keeps reading "diploma" to me.  I don't know, I'm weird.  The second looks more formal, and more like a wedding logo.  Cute!

Blue and orange are our colors - I know they may look gold here, but it should show orange in print.

For those of you who've made statements regarding the intensity of the headphones we're noting that as well - FI pointed that out.We plan on incorporating the books and music theme in our escort cards and also in the table numbers.We're planning on using as backdrop for our epics a book store and a record store.

I like the second one better, but would personally only like it on favors, thinking it would look perfect on water bottles, etc. Could you have your designer try and combine the books and the headphones into one image (like the cover of the book) and then overlay your first initial on it with the date beneath? Did they try that? I think that would also be nice to combine your interests rather than having seperate symbols of the two of you
