Grandma gift

I know you should shop like it is their birthday, but I'm lost! Fi's grandma is singing in our wedding, so we want to get her a thank you gift. I've looked up crusifixes (she is religious), german things, music things...but everything seems so cheesy!Figured I'd see if anyone here got a thank you gift for a grand parent and what you did...TIA!

    A nice frame for a wedding photo when you get them in? Grandparents like pictures.

    If she's religious, I'd go to the nearest religious bookstore and look around.  Maybe a Bible cover or some religious books?  What about a cross pendant necklace?

    I like the cross necklace idea! I just kept looking for one for their home, jewelry didn't cross my mind.We are getting FI's parents an engraved frame, so I didn't want to get the same idea for a grandparent as well..but thank you:)
