A) I really want to know what Fishy's present is.  You can tell me here.  No one will notice.B) FINALLY played Settlers for the first time the other night.  Freakin' loved it.  And we found out this week that one of our friend's b/fs also loves playing so we will be inviting them over soon and forcing them to play for hours.

But you also have Arbolita's present to look forward to as well, and let me tell you, if you're into completely random, your whole day is going to be TOTALLY MADE.B) HOW MUCH DO YOU LOVE IT! Honestly, what a great game. It seems a bit complicated at first, but it's so not. You're not supposed to play with 2 people, but we do anyway. We also bought an expansion that has rules that makes playing with 2 work much better, but we haven't even had a chance to open it yet.Settlers is seriously the best board game EVER.

I'm jumping in here but Settlers of Catan is one of the greatest games of all time. The expansion only makes it more awesome. Fi was shocked that I liked it (he and his friends are huge RPG nerds) and that I actually beat all of them at it.

Yeah, I've been looking for the 2 person extender and I haven't found it yet.  I love it.  Of course, I won.  I'll have to let DH win every once in awhile or he'll start refusing to play with me.  That's what happened with Risk and it made me very sad.

We also like to play Munchkins, to extend a little further into nerdiness. That game is hilarious.The Settlers expansion that we have is Traders & Barbarians, that's the one that makes it better for 2 players. There's also a pirate one and at least one other one, too, I think.
