Is anyone else up yet ?   It looks like everyone is taking advantage of the extra hour of sleep.






What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Morning! I know I'm probably the only one, but I am very happy the Yankees won last night (sorry, ladies). I stayed up watching the game and still woke up at the same time I always do. So much for extra sleep.

    Spidey is adorable! Halloween was on the BBC, the 3rd one is on tonight. It was scary, I had a blanket over my head for a good part of the movie and I was holding FI's hand. I enjoyed it though.

    And betrothed, I'm disgusted with most of the comments that you have posted. I don't think I've ever read such judgmental comments in my life. I'm so lucky that the girls I speak to on theknot are nothing like you...I would've never come on here for ADVICE if I would've encountered a big a bitch as you. I genuinely feel awful for your children or your future children, and I think it would be irresponsible of YOU not to invest in their future therapy sessions starting now.     crew - he looks so cute.My DH was excited the Yankees won. He told me I'm allowed to route for the Yankees now.  Umm.. No. Just because I've been to Yankee games does not mean I'm going to pick them over my childhood team.

    Thanks ladies! He had so much fun last night. His favorite part was handing out the candy because he had a captive audience and could talk their heads off until the moment he put the candy in their bags. I'm convinced he is going to be a polictician.

    She just turned 2 like 2 weeks ago.  Right now she's jumping on a horse with a princess dress over her pajamas and about 6 necklaces on.  She's crazy and thinks that she's 12 already.

    Good thanks.  I'm bummed about the Phillies lose last night.  I do have a good day of sports ahead of me though.  Because of the time change it does not start until 2pm for me.  Extra time to relax before the craziness starts at the bar.How are you?

    I'm good. It's been pouring rain since yesterday. It was so nice to sleep in and listen to the rain. We even got a few thunderclaps around 5:00 am. I had a heartbreaking loss too. Wake Forest lost to Miami last night. We went to the game and Wake was way up. We left to get home in time for trick or treating and they ended up losing by 1 point. Damn it!

    Today is D. Hamliton Jackson Day in the VI.  Since it's a Sunday, it will be celebrated tomorrow.  Banks, schools, gov't office, etc will all be closed tomorrow.
