    What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Pssh. Bon Jovi is still the awesome Fische. And they put on the best concerts I've ever been to.Salt, are they really that far ahead? I know the tickets for a few European ones went on sale today too for next summer. We always buy our tickets for big shows (Bon Jovi, U2, Stones etc.) months and months in advance.

    Yeah I feel like that's really far in advance. I don't think I've ever had concert tix that far in advance. We are going to see Springsteen in a couple weeks and those tickets only went on sale like a month or so ago.
