You probably didn't know it, but I borrowed your turkey lasagna recipe from your blog, and it was fabulous! I made a few tweaks (mostly because I didn't have Italian parsley). It took about 3 hours, lots of cussing and a box of torn up useless lasagna noodles, but overall it was a hit and we have tons of leftovers for the week. I'm just now losing my wine buzz and thinking about thirds...=)
