After posting last night, I took your adivce, and voiced my concerns to my friend. I asked her if she had thought about the possible copyright issues, and violating my contract terms with my photographer. She (obviously) hadn't.She ended up calling me and apologizing for sending the pictures without asking my permission beforehand. Also, she went ahead and told the girl not to use to photos for commercial purposes.I told her if she was just using them to show her friends or family the new venue, that would be okay. But using my pictures to advertise for them, would not be appropriate. She agreed, and all seems well.Just wanted to say thanks for the advice, and helping put a stop to potentially messy situation. And if I see my photos online one day, I'm going to drop a bomb on the venue.
