the white stuff

I want snow! Does that make me a sick person?

Re: the white stuff

  • I would love some snow. Sadly, its quite rare in Phoenix...
  • I'm glad you are talking about snow. And no you aren't sick. I'm ready for snow too, but will be totally over it once Christmas is past.

  • nda - go to Flagg! It gets snowy up there, and you can always go back to the warm weather :)And yes, sea, you're a little nutty. Let's hold off on it as long as possible :)

  • There are only two things I like about winter:  skiing, and playing in the snow with my dog. So if it is going to be this cold out anyway, then yeah, I want some snow!!
  • In the middle of an oreo.  The white stuff...No?

  • I'd say the title is sicker than the idea of snow...I was cringing a little as I opened!
  • I love snow but unfortunately this year, I'm dreading it.

  • Ok, I have the brain of a college frat boy I think.  I was NOT thinking this post was going to be about snow.  I live in South Louisiana, so it snows about once every 10 years.

  • I wouldnt mind snow. My car starts being a douchebag in the winter and the radio wont play if its cold out, and since its turned itself off for the year that means its time for snow. I saw another house lastnight with christmas lights up and snow would make it even better.
  • I'd love to go up to flag or pinetop but we never seem to make it up there for some stupid reason. I'm spending this Christmas in the Carribean so no chance of snow then either...rough for an Alaskan girl
  • So long as it holds off on the day we move, bring it on.  Although the fact that it's still pretty colourful here doesn't make we crave the snow just yet.  Once all the leaves are gone and it's just brown and gross, then yes, bring on the snow. But not on Dec 1.

  • Pretty snowfall that yields a light dusting and is gone in the morning = pretty and good. Anything else = crap.
Holy Crap. We survived the first year!

  • I wouldn't mind some snow - just so long as it's AFTER I rake up all these dang leaves this weekend.
  • Sometimes it's really like I'm not even here.

  • What is this snow you speak of? It is sunny and breezy out and I am in a skirt  :P

  • No way! Snow is wonderful. Come to Denver, we already got 2 feet of it :)
  • We had our first blizzard for the year a few weeks ago.  almost 5 inches in the course of an afternoon and evening, and 90% of it was gone by the next morning.

  • Snow, I like.  I can do without the -35 temperatures that come with it, though.
  • Ewww. don't like snow really.  I just don't like driving in it.  I do kind of like walking home when there's a big chunky snowflake snow happening. Walking across the bridge and the city is all lit up...it's like a nice snowglobe moment. but driving in it turns my knuckles white.

  • Moose the only time it's like you're not here is when you aren't here. And when you're going to be getting married... on Sunday!!!!!

  • I would LOVE some snow.  Right now it's 12:47 at night and it just now got down to 82 degrees F.:-(

  • I loooooooooove snow!  We barely get any here in AR.  We get some ice, though, and that can close schools.  Woot.

  • I can't remember if it was last march or the march before that but we got a hellacious blizzard that trapped everyone in their homes for several days. We were under a level two snow emergency. I was happy though...I had my hubby and a bottle of wine. Could have made a blizzard baby ;) That's the kind of snow I want :)
