RSVP wording

So in attempt avoid the extra RSVPs for kids or dates that are not invited I'm thinking of having the RSVP reply card read.."__ of 2 accepts" or "___ of 2 declines".  Obviously varying the "of #" based on how many in that invite are invited.  Rude? Thoughts?

Re: RSVP wording

  • That's perfectly fine.
**i'm a little drunk on you and high on summertime** Photobucket
  • We're going with:

    Example:

    Names of those invited

2 seats reserved in your honor

    ____accept  ____decline

(specifying number of seats so there is no confusion as to whether extra guests or children are allowed. If you leave the rsvp open, you might end up with more than expected and would have to make phone calls to say little jimmy isn't invited)
  • That's fine or MillkDud's wording is even better. Just depends on how much work you want to add to customizing all those RSVP's with names.
