Late night honesty.

I watch Teen Mom on MTV, and I like it. I don't know why.

Your turn.

Also, that probably doesn't mean anything to anyone but me (actually, I deleted it because it made so little sense). Whatevs. I'm gonna go flex in the mirror anyway (still gonna flex in the mirror).

  • I like it, too Jess.  I watched 16 & Pregnant, so I had to watch the follow-up (obviously).  I'm really impressed by Caitlyn and BF whose name I can't remember.

  • I was too. His name is Tyler....duh!

I just watched it on DVR so I remember.

I do feel bad for them though, you know the producers make them continue to talk about what it's like to be without their child. I do fear that it will do more damage than good. But on 16 & Pregnant I became so impressed by them. Kudos for them refusing to give their child the same BS childhood they had.
  • TJ. . . WTF?

FI is in Phoenix right now.  I normally fly out there 3 - 4 times per year, so it's weird to me for him to be there and me to be home.  It's usually the other way around.

  • squirrly - Eh I realized it wouldn't make sense/matter to anyone but me, but that's not really stopping me from being nerdily pleased with myself.

Also, it is too bad you are not in Phoenix, the weather is quite lovely this week.

  • I'm watching Real Housewives of OC right now. With a rum'n coke, all by my lonesome. I love this show and feel kinda ashamed about such trashiness being so entertaining.

And I should be in bed because I have to be up ridiculously early, but meh.

I also enjoy Teen Mom and other (even more braincell-reducing) "reality" shows on MTV, such as Parental Control and Room Raiders.

  • Yeah, one of my dispatch centers is in PHX.  I like going out there for the weather.  And I like that they are generally more intelligent than the other group I have in ATL.  However, as normal conversations go. . . WTF.  NOT logical people.  I know, I'm IT.  And, I know that means I'm not normal.  But, damn.  I can talk to regular people about all sorts of subjects. I KNOW wtf these people are trying to talk about but they are so back-asswards that I can't sort it out most of the time.

So, anyway, my FI was on the AFB out there today.  I think there's only the one, right?  And, I love the mall in Scottsdale.

  • Yep, Luke AFB. That's where Buddy is stationed at the moment. So, I guess our fiances were in the same place today. Weird!

  • I'm watching The Bad Girls Club and eating Double Stuf Oreos.

The calories don't count when nobody sees you eat it, right?
  • I kinda like Jersey Shore.  *hangs head*

"Whatever East. You're just mad I RSVP'd "lame" to your pre-wedding sleepover."
  • FI was on army TDY dealing with a guy who is injured and receiving medical care out there.  So, unless Buddy was at the hospital, I doubt they chatted.  But, still the closest my FI has been to another knottie FI other than LVB, as we've had dinner with them a couple times.

People keep saying that, and I've not watched it. Part of me wants to watch it just because there's a person under the name of Snookie.
  • squirrly - I doubt they chatted but... Buddy was at the hospital today, getting an MRI.

    SO WEIRD.

  • I do what I can. :)
  • I also really enjoy Teen Mom. I like watching each of them gain individual empowerment. Yeah, I'm lame like that.

And...I'm 80% going to be a two dress bride. Eek!
Oh no we dropped the groom!! imagePlanning Bio UPDATED
  • I'm in my Snuggie ;)  Does that count?
  • Right there with ya, East.
    For shame, for shame.

Jess- This is an age old question, actually: "If a tree falls in the forest, and no one's around to hear it, does it still make a sound?"
Only: "If a knottie eats a homemade sundae and no one's around to witness, do the calories still count?"
I say no to both. Might be biased though, since I just ate said sundae.
  • TJ!!!!! Weird.  Odd.  Strange.

I don't think the hospital is really that big.  Now I really want to know if they were there at the same time, etc.

Perhaps I will irritate you for more information tomorrow.  For now, I need to take my KUI ass to bed.

  • Um, question for anyone else still around:
My sig pic looks obnoxiously large on my parents' computer. Didn't notice this on my laptop, but is it offensively big to anyone else?
  • No. It's pretty normal.

Also, with the new layout, I don't think that larger pictures are as problematic.
  • Alrighty, thanks Jess :)

  • My ass and leg is totally sore right now and I have no freaking clue why. The only thing I can think of is that I was tensing it when getting my hair washed at the hairdressers earlier because my neck was hurting so much on the edge of the basin.

And in other news: is anyone still here?

  • Sunshine, your sig is fine. and cute!
  • **Raises Hand**  <<Real World watcher here....amongst a bunch of other embarassing tv shows.  And I was eating soup and drinking rum n coke myself :)  I would've totally eaten cookies if we had some last night though!
