Hi, this isn't an etiquette question, but this is an active board so I figured you might be able to point me in the right direction.
I received an email from TK offering a free shutterfly photo book code if I reviewed 5 vendors. I did the reviews and recieved a message saying the reviews would be "reviewed" for appropriateness then I would receive the code for the free book. I still havn't received the code. Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone know how to contact to ask?
