I need to vent about my in laws! So, my family & I have been paying for EVERYTHING for this wedding & doing so much work getting the place perfect for the big day. My FIL offered to buy the liquor & then recanted because he doesn't have the money. Ok that's fine. Then grandma in law offered to buy the liquor for dad. Great! Problem solved. Wrong. Dad aparently told grandma that he is covering the liquor by making 3 gallons of punch with 1 bottle of vodka. Seriously? Does he honestly think that is going to be enough for 200+ guests?! Now we are 9 days away from the wedding & will have to somehow come up with the money to buy it ourselves. I'm just pissed off because if I had known they were going to screw me over like this then we would have saved money to buy it ourselves. *sigh* thanks for listening. Any suggestions on how to deal with this?
