XP from Las Vegas local board

I have a "wedding events" page on our wedding website. Would it be a faux pas if I had to tweak it later?

Reason I ask is because I have to wait until 3 months prior to book our reception spot (House of Blues), and there is a small chance I won't get the space, in that case we will end up having an in-suite reception in Mandalay Bay, instead.

Btw, our STDs went out today and our website is listed on it.

  • I'd just wait. I've gotten STDs with links to websites that weren't finished yet - I don't think it's a big deal. I wouldn't want to deal with potential confusion just in case someone forgets to check closer to the wedding and misses the update.

Well I plan on mailing out an itinerary 3 weeks prior to the wedding with specifics, so they will have the info. I just don't want people to come based on the fact that they really love our reception spot, and then we have to change it... that sounds stupid now that I wrote it out.
