What differentiates an average host and a great host is anticipating unexpressed needs and wants of their guests.  Just because the want/need is not expressed, doesn't mean it wouldn't be appreciated.

    Hey Lynda, sorry I missed this last night!  I was on last night hanging out waiting for Chris to get home so we could go out and watch the Colts game.  Today I'm just cleaning cleaning cleaning and probably running some errands while he works on his truck with his dad.  How's your weekend going?

    I'm sure you are not here now.. But I had a long day..  It rained for 11.5 hours straight.  It sucked.. the good thing was the tip was auto-grat because it was a private trip.  Bad thing was I was wet for 11.5 hours.  Not fun.

    Indy won.. my parents are happy..  Next week they will be at the AFC championship..
