 RE:The death of my MIL

She came to dinner when we returned from HM.  Lovely lady but older, my Ex was 12 years older than I even, the next to the youngest of 11.

She had dinner, I think she enjoyed it, she complimented my cooking.  But then she died.

Totally natural causes, heart problems that existed long before the wedding or the dinner.

I hope that satisfies your curiosity and I do know my comment seemed a bit weird.

I swear that it was not intentional!

  • I missed your comment, but I'm sure it would have been highly intriguing given what you've described happened! I wonder if the rest of the family had a sense of humour about the fact that it was your cooking which immediately preceded her death? I hope you knew from the start that she'd passed of unrelated causes?
