Addressing Invites

I have a couple questions for everyone:

1. When addressing invites to female family members that are married does the invite go to "Mr. John Smith and family" even if "Jane Smith" is my cousin?

2. A few of my BMs are in relationships but not living with their SOs. I'm good friends with their guys and know them personally, is it correct to invite them specifically and if so do they get their own invitation or is their name attached to my BMs invites?

    1. Put all the names of the family on the envelope that way there is no confusion. 2. You can add the SOs to the BMs invite, but I would send separate invites only if you would invite the boyfriend if they broke up.

This is correct. I'd be hesitant to invite SOs separately... People split up all the time. Just add them to the BM's invite.
