Hmm, well I've never been to Waseca. I do know that the area it is in does get more snow than the twin cities does. In general, southern MN weather is always more severe when it comes to rain & snow than central MN and the cities. But I haven't heard anything bad about Waseca, so there's that. :)

Hi everyone. We're enjoying a rare evening where both of us are home and making dinner together. Well, I'm heating up leftovers and making salads and H is grilling shrimp for him, since I don't eat it.

Well we can set our addresses and then our shipping address. It's setting the state by the address that I list. If I set the address to my mom's, it lists it as Indiana, but gifts would still come to us here in KY. Logic would say we would be KY because that's where we're from, but I'm afraid a lot of people still consider us from Indiana, especially since that's where the wedding will be.

I'm getting married in Evansville.

Birdie, we just had everything as our Washington address.  So the registries show us as WA, even though we are getting married in Michigan.  Obviously we're still a little ways out from receiving massive amounts of shower gifts, but we have received a few so far and everything has been good.

We didn't get any chocolate yesterday, but my mom bought us a bag of jelly beans. Interesting random fact: peanuts are now listed as an ingredient on the mixed flavor bag of jelly belly's. So I can't even eat those.

AK-- My mom gave me an Easter "bag", haha because she couldn't find a basket. Mainly just a crap ton of chocolate in different forms. And I had no idea peanuts were listed on Jellybean ingredients, weird! I'm allergic to them too-- but not too badly. Is your allergy severe?

Let's just say I've flat-lined 3 times in my life. Although I'm usually OK to be around it, I just can't touch or eat them. I do have a scary spidey sense about it, I can smell them from a mile away. I'm not just peanuts - all nuts. So it can get tricky.

Aw, man, that's intense. :( I have a very slight allergy so I can accidentally eat some peanut butter or something (not a lot but a few bites) and only get an annoying rash. I am also allergic to all nuts. I know what you mean with the smell from a mile away thing though. Sometimes I'll sniff and say "Does someone have peanut butter?" and people will just look at me like, "whaaa?"

I do the same thing. It pesters me enough that I'll get up and find the source. At my old job, a coworker always kept a jar of peanuts - his office was completely on the other side of the building from mine. I would IM him every time he opened the jar. He thought I had a camera in his office. Haha.
