Who is your favorite college team?

Who is your favorite pro team?


1) I support UCLA even when they are awful. FI supports UT because he's brainwashed and the family supports Stanford. We do not support, ATM, Michiagn or USC.

2) I'll give it to the Packers.

    1) I don't really watch college football, but I'll root for the Gophers or the Bison by default. Even though the Gophs are HOORilbe this year.

    1) I don't have one for two reasons. Mainly because I didn't go to a school that had any decent sports so I don't see the point of cheering for some other college's team. But also because I equate college football to minor league baseball.

    2) I am a rabid Baltimore Ravens fan.

    1) I'll support local CA teams like Stanford as well as H's family's alma mater, Notre Dame. But I don't really watch college ball anyway.

    2) 49ers. The Raiders can suck it. My family is divided in the middle with half being Niners fans and half rooting for the Raiders. The Raiders have some of the scariest and most troublemaking fans ever.

    1. USC. All the way even with all that is going on. We live really close and have had season tickets.  

    2. I just recently got into Pro football last year. I really watch it to keep up with my fantasy team. If I had to choose a team it would be the Jets.

    1) I don't watch college football. Didn't grow up in an area where we had good college teams. FI supports USC, where he went to grad school. His extended family supports the Iowa Hawkeyes, because they're from Iowa. Fi also vaguely follows UW, where he taught for a while.

    2) My team is the Bills, FI follows the Pats. We were able to go out on Sunday morning last weekend and watch the game together. It's the game we make a big deal out of watching.

    Yeah, I remember when Raiders stuff was banned at school b\c of the fights. I grew up in a klassy area.

    College - Penn State Nittany Lions.  My niece went there and I had a blast visiting her for games and getting caught in rooting for PS. 

    Pro - Colts.  I have a thing for Payton.

    Ooooh, I love football.

    1) The Florida Gators. I was a gator cheerleader for my first halloween, I had a Florida Gators bedroom when I was in 5-8th grade - I didn't go to UF, but I wish I had! I didn't think I wanted to go to such a big school back in the day.

    2) When it comes to pro football, I honestly don't have a favorite team. I always hope the underdog wins. But I guess if I had to choose I'd be a Jacksonville Jaguars fan - just because they're my hometown team - buuuut they suck. lol

    I'm a Gator girl through and through, almost my entire family roots for them.

    I don't really watch pro so I don't have a team. By default I guess I should say the Jags, but they suck most of the time so I'm not too eager to claim them.

    Tell me about it. It is no surprise we haven't been to the playoffs in a decade. they don't seem to be reversing that this year, either.

    My brother lives in Syracuse. Actually, Liverpool, NY. Did we talk about this? I know you got married in upstate NY, right?

    Yup - we got married on the shores of Lake George.  I grew up in NY and went to college in western NY during the time that Jim Kelly was QB.  Since my school was small, I've always followed and loved SU.  I lived in Syracuse for a while after college.  Now I live in Baltimore (gotta love the home team). 

    And I didn't know your brother lives in Liverpool.  Ever been to the NYS Fair?  It's my favorite thing in Syracuse (next to SU basketball).

    Who is your favorite college team? I really don't have a favorite but I do root for Washington State and for Boise State when I get the chance. DH and FIL were raised in Boise and actually went to BSU so they are both big fans.

    2) I don't really like pro football, so I don't really cheer for one team over another.  I will say that hate, hate, HATE the Eagles. The whole Vick fiasco was just the cherry on top.  FI likes the Colts.
