Quick question. I'm on a pretty strict budget and am wondering if you think it would be tacky for me to not have a bartender at my reception. We will have about 100 guests and are doing a buffet style lunch and dessert bar. We will be serving beer, wine, soda, and water. Could it work if I left a bottle of red and white wine in ice on each table, and then maybe had a cooler for the beer, soda, and water?
If you do think it's tacky, do you have any clever suggestions? Thanks in advance!
