    I tried to post this last night, but I couldn't get my laptop to connect to the internet.  Here's the recipe: link.  Sorry if I'm too late now.  I highly recommend it for next time.  I think the only change I made was not using liquid smoke, because I hate that stuff, and I probably put beer in the crock pot instead of water.

    Yeah too late, but I'll keep it for next time.   I don't know what H did, but it's been slow cooking for 7 1/2 hours and it smells great.   Thanks so much!
