we plan on hosting a full bar for the entire wedding. we can either pay $40 a head for a full top shelf open bar or pay based on consumption. FI's and my friends are big partiers/drinkers but our families are 1-3 drink kind of people.
according to the venue beers are about $4-6, wine $5-10, and cocktails $8-14
I am torn. I want to do what makes economic sense but i can't figure out what is better. advice?
