Recommendations for Stores in Manhattan or Brooklyn to Shop for Plus Size Bridesmaid Dress

Hi!

I'm looking for a store where I can shop for a plus size bridesmaid dress with my bridesmaid.  We went to RKBridal this past week, but they didn't have many options in dress size 18 or 20.

    If you want a place that your bridesmaid can try on a dress, that might be tough as most stores don't cater.  If, however, your set on a style and just need to place an order, most stores can accomplish that.  I got my MOH (and my first dress) at Doris Fashions in Brooklyn but I'm not sure what variety of large sizes they carry.  If you email (best way to get in touch) or call ahead of time, you can find out if it's worth the trip, or if she can get some dresses for your bridesmaid to try on.

    The other place I went shopping was Manhattan Bridal but I know they carry small sizes only.  :(  Sorry and good luck.
