We had so much fun!  My aunt did a wonderful job.  The kids (nieces and friends' daughters) had their own tea party on the porch and were very well-behaved.


My mom saved my first picture dress (white) and my first Easter dress(blue).  We're planning on using the white one to bring J home in.

Ooh yum, I want punch and cupcakes now!  That's really cool that you'll be able to use your baby dresses. Your mom must have taken really good care of them.

Haha, sorry, I really wasn't calling them old (or you). I just meant if it had been my old dresses, they would have been ruined from me being a rambunctious child.

Oh, I know!  =-)  My mom is very meticulous so they could be 50 and still be in good shape.

Exactly.  The only stipulation was that it was "girls only" - no brothers allowed. ;-)
The girls did a really good job, too.  My niece took a couple of baby dolls to play with and they stayed occupied.  They didn't run in and out/back and forth and we didn't even drag them in to watch me open gifts.  That was all "boring" grown-up stuff anyway.

Your shower looks so fun...I am sure it was so nice to see dresses from when you were so small.  My sister and cousin actually wore similar dresses to their baby showers (polka dot ones)  It is super cute.
