Hi guys, Please bear with me, I think this is going to be a little long. Just looking for some suggestions for how to address our STDs and invites.
We are having children at our wedding, and we initially were just going to write “Mr. and Mrs. John Smith and Family” for both the STD and Invites, but after lurking a bit have decided it’s probably best to write out the kids names under the parents. Our dilemma is with my aunt’s family. In their house it is my aunt and uncle, their 27 year old daughter, her boyfriend and their 4 year old son. My 17 year old cousin, her boyfriend and their 18 month old daughter also live there. We also have several other family members who have adult children & grandchildren all under the same roof (although I think my aunt has the most people living with her, hence why she’s my example). How on earth do we address the STD to all those people? Should we send a separate STD/Invite to each adult or can we just send one STD to each household? Or should we send 1 STD and then multiple invites? We’re a bit confused! lol I think it looks a little cumbersome to have a postcard (that’s what we’re doing for our STDs) that reads like this, but that’s all we can come up… Mr. and Mrs. John Smith Miss Michelle Smith (oldest cousin) and Mr. Dave Harris Parker Harris Miss Alicia Smith (younger cousin) and Mr. Bob Dole Kayla Dole
