This is sort of a rant/sort of a wtf? I am attending a "wedding reception" on Saturday. The couple got married last year but decided they wanted to celebrate. They aren't doing the ceremony part but will be throwing a huge party. I don't really have a problem with this. It will be more of a fun get together. Well, I got an e-mail from the couple yesterday stating that if anyone planned on giving them presents could they please now help them pay a vet bill for their dog (they spent a lot from savings and want to put the money back into savings). Apparently they didn't supervise their puppy and it has led to some costly vet bills. No one was planning on giving a gift anyway but I sure won't give them money for a vet bill when they could have prevented it! It is important to note that these people should be the last people on the planet to own a dog. I couldn't believe it. Happy Thursday!
