Personal Trainer Invite

Hi All, 

I wouldl ike a little bit of advice for an invite I wish to give to my Personal Trainer, I have added her to my guest list with a plus 1 because she has helped me not just with weightloss, but also with a lot fo deep rooted issues that have ben holding me back for many, many years. However, I thought that she might find it a little strange to be invited to the wedding of a client, where she would not know anyone (hence, the plus 1). 

I would love for her to see me in my dress, to see what all the hard work, sweat and tears shaped, but I also think it would be very rude and weird of me to say something like 'Hey, want to come over and see me get dressed?' 

So do I keep her and guest on the guestlist or should I just wait until after and show her a photo? Would it be rude to ask her to come over in the morning or am I over thinking all of this?

I think you should invite her if you feel so warmly about her. I wouldn't ask her to come over if she's not invited, though.

I would invite her as a guest.  If she has a SO invite her with SO...if not inviting her with a plus one would be nice.

Don't invite her to come over while you are getting dressed, to me that would be too personal.

It is an invitation, not a subpoena ...she can say no if she is not comfortable going!

Thank you all for the advice, I guess I was just over thinking things.

 I have given all my guests a plus one no matter who they are, as not a lot of our friends know each other and I know that I much prefer to have a friend there with me if I don't know a lot of people or if I only know the bride and/or groom, I want my guests to be as comfortable as possible.

I would invite her - and a plus one.  If she comes to the wedding, she will see you in person.  If she doesn't come to the wedding, showing off a couple photos and thanking her for helping you look amazing would not be out of line.

As a trainer/dietitian who recently attended the wedding of a client who has lost a large amount of weight working w me, she will be SO honored to be invited. I was so proud of my client and it was so wonderful seeing how beautiful she looked and seeing her w/ her new husband. My H and I didnt really know anyone but her family, and it worked out great. Even if she cant come, she'll be honored to be asked:)

I would def invite her!  (and SO or plus-one!) She's an important person in your life right now ... She's (literally) helped shape you into the woman you are!
