Coworker invite

I eat lunch with 3 women everyday, two of which I'm close to and will be invited to the wedding. The third, I'm not sure particularly likes me indifferent but friendly? and she was married last year so we have been talking about wedding stuff bc its one of the things we have in common to talk about. I know its bad ettiquette to talk about this with people not invited but I feel like she would be surprised or think I was giftgrabby if I did. invites haven't gone out yet for sept wedding I would like her to come, but not sure that she would want to and then feel obligated in some way. I appreciate her thoughts and advice and she seems to enjoy talking about her wedding stuff too. Thoughts?

I'd invite her and her husband, personally. It'll be awkward when one day at lunch, Sally talks about how much she's looking forward to your wedding, and Jenny agrees, but Jessie's not invited.

Invite all three; she can always decline your invitation, but might feel very left out if your whole lunch group is invited and she's not.

I agree, I have never heard of anyone being offended for recieving an invite, I have however heard of people being offended for not recieving one.

OK I will My concern was just her being "what's this crazy girl inviting me for? We aren't that close. And now I have to give her a gift?"

As PPs have said do the right thing and invite her. The choice is hers if she wants to come. Just bc u receive an invite, it's not an obligation that u have to go.
