 I really don't like my job, especially since this morning when the owner of our company told everyone at our staff meeting that he attributes our 2010 improvement in claims management to my supervisor.  My supervisor doesn't know anything about claims unless I tell him, so obviously he has nothing to do with it.  This makes me realize that the owner has no idea what I do (there's only about 25 of us working with him in the corporate office, and I've been here over three years).

I've recently been thinking about going back to school, but it would mean eventually quitting my job to fulfill an internship requirement (this would be in the next 1.5-2 years).  It's likely that I would not be able to find a job in my new field right away, so I would be stuck trying to find a temporary job in my current field until I could find something else.

Do you think it would be worth it?
