Favorite Memory from 2011: Banff with Alix, Mandy, Moose, and Andy, Ryder being born, Mexico with Scott, Frank Turner in concert, Ben Folds with the MSP ochestra, and one weekend I had at home when my fave bar was closing.

Least Favorite: My gramma passing away. EXCUSE WHILE I GO CRY NOW, ROSIE YOU ASSHOLE.

2012: I look forward to everything!

And thanks for asking! Scott and I are going away for a weekend to one of our favorite places. Holla.

Least favorite memory of 2011.  My ex job and the first two months of my current job.

What are you looking most forward to in 2012?  Buying a house, going somewhere in the Caribbean this spring, trying to expand the family...

Favorite memory of 2011. Getting married was pretty awesome.

Least favorite memory of 2011.  I can't really think of anything, actually.  2011 was a pretty good year. 

What are you looking most forward to in 2012?  It's a toss-up between the cruise and quitting my job. 

I don't care about NYE plans so I am not even asking   Well I will tell you anyways.  We're having some friends over and I will be making delicious things to eat with my new KitchenAid mixer.  There will most likely be silly hats involved.  Lots of champagne, too.

Favorite memory of 2011.  Crossing the finish line at IMAZ with a close friend after running the last 8+ miles with her and sharing the experience with my sister and nieces and parents.

Least favorite memory of 2011. How upset H was when he lost his job with the azzhats he used to work for and with.

What are you looking most forward to in 2012  H being happy with his new career and seeing my niece go off to college

Favorite memory of 2011: Cheesy, but it was when FI proposed.  He took me to a lakeside where we hung out on our first date to ask.  It was so sweet.

Least favorite memory of 2011: Finding out that FI's dad has leukemia.  It's a really helpless feeling to know something is very wrong and there's nothing you can do about it.

Most looking forward to in 2012: Seeing a bunch of friends and family that I normally never see.  Also enjoying the the fact that just this once, they will be coming to me instead of my traveling all over the place to see them.

I agree that getting married was pretty awesome.  So was the two weeks in Hawaii.  Did anything else happen in 2011?  That's all that I remember.

Least favorite memory of 2011.
Probably wedding related stresses with family.  I try not to think about it.

Buying a house, going to Europe, and starting a family.

Definitely, Adamar.  There are a few wedding related issues that I'd rather not repeat in my lifetime.  Oh they still make me mad!  I told some of them to my brother the other day, and he was angry, too.

Least favorite memory of 2011.  Getting the call from the fire department that my H wrecked his motorcycle and they were taking him to the ER by ambulance (this was 9 days before our wedding)

What are you looking most forward to in 2012?  Taking my mom to Hawaii.

We went with Carnival since they leave out of Tampa.  Which one are you doing?

Adamar - where are you going?  We took the 7 day Western Caribbean Cruise on Carnival out of Tampa.  We went to Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Belize, and Isla Roatan.  Our favorite was Isla Roatan.  It is GORGEOUS! 

Also, we really enjoyed leaving Tampa, since the boat passes under the Sunshine Skyway.  But we're engineering dorks like that.

Matts - yeah, I started freaking out before the fireman could even say "he's okay", but all the possibilites ran through my mind at a million miles an hour.  Luckily, he only dislocated his shoulder, so he got off pretty easy.

We are going to Kauai.  We've been to Oahu, Maui and the BI already, so I'm looking forward to Kauai.  Everyone I've talked to that's been to several says it's their favorite, so I'm excited to go.  And really excited for my mom to see it, it's her Christmas present from us.

Also Carnival.  We're doing the Mexican Riviera out of LA and spending a few days in Disneyland beforehand.  I'm so excited as H has never been to DL before!

Have you been on Carnival before?  If not, you are in for a treat!

Chrissy - I hope that you enjoy it! (and meeting LDY in a few weeks).  The Pig is supposed to be one of the hardest courses with all of the hills.  But then you get to eat Graeter's!!  And Skyline!  And Montgomery Inn!!  Drool . . . .

I might be in Cincy that weekend, too. Plans are up in the air for some family/friend weddings.  If it ends up that I will be, I'll be sure to let you and Special know to see if we can make plans.

Least favorite memory of 2011. I can't really think of anything. Probably losing my job and feeling like a failure. I didn't like planning a wedding either.

What are you looking most forward to in 2012? I'm not sure yet. I don't have anything fun to look forward to yet. I guess we'll see what happens.

Sherr, I've never been on Carnival before.  I've only done one cruise and it was with Royal Caribbean.

Our wedding in St. Thomas and getting our puppy!

What happened in 2011 that you'd like to say 'f@(k off' to?
Cancer and Car Accidents.  MIL got into a car accident 2 weeks before our wedding and both the IL's couldn't come and then his mom got diagnosed with Breast Cancer a few months later (and not to mention my SM passed away from cancer in 2010...F&$K Cancer).
Oh and planning the wedding wasn't all that much fun.

What are you most looking forward to in 2012?
Being married! 
And the Vegas trip we have planned in March for NCAA, my 10th anniversary of my 21st birthday AND with 5 of my bff's and all of our SOs (12 total)!

Any NYE plans?
Doing one of those bar/restaurant packages with 11 of my friends here in Chicago. It should be a lot of fun.
