Yeah, it sucks.  I tried blowing my nose to clear it out, but it didn't really work.  However, I laid down on my right side on the bed for like 30 seconds and things shifted enough for it to get through!  I had to repeat that a couple of times (H thought it was funny because I dashed to the sink), but it definitely helped.
