invites for all coworkers

 Hi everyone,
We decided to invite all coworkers, and will be sending them the invites in a few days.   I just found out two of mine would not be able to make it  (I heard of their plans, they do not know I am inviting them yet)...do I still send them one to not appear to be excluding them, but knowing they are not going to come?  (one is moving out of town, and the other has another wedding to attend).

Yes, plans can change and it would seem exclusive if everyone else got them. I would still send.

If you were planning on inviting them, still send them one.

Definitely still send it. Like PP said, plans change and they may be available.

And even if they are already busy they may feel left out if they didn't receive an invite like the rest of the coworkers.

I agree, definitely still send an invite. If they don't know that you know they have plans, they might assume that you were purposely excluding them. I'd say it's probably worth the extra $4 invitation to avoid a miscommunication.

I agree with PP, go ahead and send the invitation. Their plans might change and you don't want to look like you're excluding them.

thank you--I forgot to mention though that they do know that I am aware of their plans.  I will send them anyway.
