So my mom found out through her friend that it is the MOB's job to throw the bridal shower. Which is not a problem because she wants to make it special. So she has my aunt helping her to and if she said that if she wants that the MOG can help too. Which I did ask her and she said yes. My mom was giving me updates and timeframes for planning my shower and was discussing that in December (which is when she will be up here from Florida) that her, my aunt, and myself should get together to discuss the menu and other stuff for the shower. I reminded her about the MOG coming too since she said she would help. My mom keeps asking me all these questions about what I want at my shower...so basically I am planning the wedding and the shower in a little over 10 months. The shower is 2 weeks prior to the wedding since my mom and stepdad live in FL and I live in RI. And also is it wrong that I am glad my mom has the shower to focus on instead of her stressing me out about wedding plans.
