I love priceline and use it all the time. 

There is a forum called betterbidding.com which is a great help for Priceline strategies and for also identifying hotels on Hotwire.  I highly recommend it!

I love priceline, the bidding is so addicting... I also stalk betterbidding.com. There's the trick I learned on that site about stars and zones that if you do your research you can re-bid within 24 hours!
