Can we play name that cupsize? (SFW)

This is the weirdest question I've ever asked on TK, but I need some opinions quickly, before I go to bed tonight.

It's a really long, stupid story, but my brother has put me in this weird position, and I have to buy my Egyptian SIL a strapless bra and bring it to her on my lunch tomorrow.  SIL has never bought a bra in the States, and neither of them has any idea what American size she wears.  I make Kate Hudson look voluptuous, so I really don't have much of a concept, either.

Can you all please check out my SIL's rack and give me your best guess?  I was thinking 36C?

I'd guess 34 or 36 C soo you souldn't be too far off.. and if it's a bit big there are usually 3 hooks should to use the smallest one.

Looks bigger than a C to me. She looks rather thin. My guess would be 34 D?

They look the same size as mine so I would guess 34 C or 32 C

I would guess 34 C or D...that's about my size, but depending on brand, I go up a cup size, but not the band size...

BUT!  I just remembered...you want to go up a cup size with a strapless.  A couple girl friends of mine and I just had a conversation about it...lol!  Sooo...I'd take pics and guestimate?

So we agree on 34 for the band... but either a C or a D in the cup.  Is it better for it to be too small or too big?  I would guess too small since it's a strapless, but I don't want to strangle those things either...

If you could find out her European size, I'm sure there's a place online to convert it (or maybe someone like Amoro or aMrs would know).

Can you bring her 2 or 3 so that she can try them on and pick which fits best?

i'd go for the C, because nothing is worse than an oversized strapless bra.

Kiki, she's not European.  It's all in Arabic numerals, which I don't read, so a conversion chart wouldn't help me.  Thanks though!

Sucrets, that's probably what I'll have to do.  I was just trying to avoid the extra trip, so I was hoping it would be easy for everyone to guess.

i vote the c, but what about getting the stick on kind from victoria's? the gell/stick on one's are pretty amazing.strapless bra's suck either way to big and you are fallin out, to small and it is sliding down your waist. but also there are the bra extender bits that you can hook on to make the band size bigger.

I would say she'd be a D cup. I can't comment on the width as we don't use the same sizing for that here either.

I'm horrible at this, I always guess too small.  So in that case, I would say D, because my gut is telling me C.

No way she's a 36... Does she have measuring tape?

Normally, you'd measure around the ribs and at the fullest part of the bust.
1 inch = 2.2 cm.

How you size from there really depends on the company, but the best fit would be based on her measurements.
I would say she looks like a 34D to me.

That lady is not a 36 anything. She's pretty petite, but still somewhat busty. I'd say 32D or 34D maybe. You might want to buy a few bras (as long as they're returnable!) in different sizes and see which one fits her best. Let us know what happens!

She doesn't have a driver's license or a car, and she needs to be completely ready to go by the time my brother gets home tonight.  Plus, she just moved here last year.  She doesn't really know English yet, so it's hard for her to go anywhere without someone in my family there with her to translate.

I think I'm going to bring her a 34 C and a 34 D.  Even if neither of those is her exact size, I'm sure it will be good enough for one night.  Thank you all!
